Return + Exchange Policy
When you buy our products, you become family. So we want to make sure you are taken care of. If you're unhappy with your order, please fill out the form below so we can sort it out for you.
Return and exchange requests are accepted within 14 days of receipt of shipment. All products must be in original, factory sealed condition with the original packaging. Unfortunately, items that have been opened are not applicable for returns or exchanges.
Some finer details:
- Orders can be returned for original payment, less shipping costs
- All original shipping charges are non-refundable
- All returned goods are subject to inspection prior to applying credit. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed if approved
