I usually eat pretty clean, but we had a big family dinner and I had some of my Mom's delicious pie and some sugary treats I don't usually indulge in. So my body paid the price! I was feeling bloated and gassy, so I made a cup of the Digest tea and it was AMAZING!!! Not only did it help my stomach settle down, but the taste was absolutely lovely. The digest tea has a soft peppermint flavour with a hint of ginger. I also love that everything is natural and made here in Canada so I don't have to worry about heavy metals sometimes found in regular teas. This is my new go-to for those times when I eat things I know I probably shouldn't!
